ETA and eVisitor Visas

Once you have submitted your application to ETA Visa Australia Express, your information will be processed by one of our migration consultants who will then submit your application directly with the Australian Government. The time in which ETA and eVisitor visas are processed can vary, and if any details have been entered incorrectly, your application may be delayed. In other instances, you may be required to provide additional documentation after your application has been submitted. In these situations, processing can take days or weeks after the documentation has been provided. Please note that Tourist and Business ETA’s and eVisitor visas are valid for 12 months from the date of grant, or for the life of the passport if it is less than 12 months. Prior to making payment for the ETA or eVisitor, you will have an opportunity to review all the details you have provided on your screen and make changes, if necessary. If you have made an error, it is important that you correct it before proceeding. Once you have confirmed the details, you will be prompted to enter your payment details for the non-refundable service charge. If you find out later that you have made a mistake, you can fill in a new application and pay the fee, or contact your nearest Australian visa office to try to correct any error. We strongly recommend that you do not arrange travel to Australia until you have received email notification that your ETA or eVisitor visa request has been approved by the Australian Government. ETA Visa Australia Express takes no responsibility for changes to a client's travel plans due to processing delays as a result of incorrectly entered information.

We charge a fee for our services which are in addition to the official fees and charges of the Australian Government. Our fees do NOT include other costs which may be a part of a visa process including fees for medicals and police checks, translation of documents, etc.

Refund Policy

Once our service has been given to you it cannot be returned, whether or not you have changed your mind or you no longer wish to use it. As soon as payment is received, the Client is deemed to have engaged the Services of ETA Visa Australia Express. Our Service is providing the Client with our professional advice and expertise. By agreeing to the Policy of the site, the Client agrees that the service fees are non-refundable after making payment. Please take note of that an official conclusion on all visa applications is taken by the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA). If your travel approval is declined by DOHA, your ETA or eVisitor Fees will not be refunded. If we neglect to give the expedited time benefit offered, we will refund the additional charge, except where incorrect information has been provided which causes a delay.
